Die Antwoord are back in FULL EFFECT with a high energy new album MOUNT NINJI AND DA NICE TIME KID and with the release are wasting no time and hitting the road with it.

For the uninitiated Die Antwoord are a rap/rock group from South Africa who have one of the most unique shock rap/rave styles based on a belief called “Zef”. Since their forming in 2007 have found a cult like following. When they were given a midday slot at a music festival in Toronto 5,000+ fans showed up for their afternoon performance surprising everyone except their fans.

Die Antwoord has been quite busy in 2016 releasing Suck On This Mixtape earlier in the year as a teaser/pre-cursor to MOUNT NINJI AND DA NICE TIME KID feature full length album produced by Dj Muggs and God. the album is jam packed full of cameos a few notables being Dita Von Teese and Cypress Hill’s Sen Dog.

If your looking for a high energy, entertaining, performance art extravaganza then Die Antwoord is a must see show.

The video release for their first single Banana Brain feels like Ninja and Terence Neale took Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas along with current events from in and around South Africa threw them in a blender, the result is Banana Brain check out the video below.
