Rush Midnight on tour with Lights — Toronto

Submitted by on October 29, 2014 – 9:22 pmNo Comment

_MG_9377The Brooklyn native Rush Midnight has been making quite an impact on the indie rock scene all over North America. This fall tour he has embarked on is particularly big deal for the up and comer, considering he’s supporting veteran Canadian singer Lights.

Lights, managed by the recently dismissed former CBC radio-host Jian Ghomeshi, is on tour in support of her latest album Little Machines.

_MG_9201The two took over the Danforth Music Hall in the east end of Toronto on Monday, Oct. 27. Rush Midnight and Lights also played another show on the 28th as well for all those fans who couldn’t make it out Monday night.

The place was packed to the walls and the raucous crowd couldn’t get enough of the bass-driven Rush Midnight, and the synth-pop princess that is Lights.
