Submitted by on June 10, 2013 – 10:30 pmNo Comment

Selena GomezThe enigmatic young star that’s been in headlines for the last two years for not only her own rising stardom, but also with relationship highlights with none other than Justin Bieber, was in Toronto June 7 at Much Music to not only promote her newest album Stars Dance, but also that she will be co-hosting the Much Music Video Awards with Psy, the Korean sensation that brought the world “Gangnam Style.”

Selena Fans lined up in piles to see the American celebrity to get autographs and a chance to meet the young star, who just released the first single from her new album “Come and Get it.”

Bearing signs and artistic drawings of the triple threat actress, singer, and fashion deisgner, fans came in all shapes, sizes, and ages to worship their favourite female face.Selena art signsThe MMVAs, which take place on Sunday, June 16, will be hosting and praising many Canadian and American artists who have been topping charts and billboards, with videos to match their catchy and popular singles.

For anyone who has never attended or seen the MMVAs, it’s the flashiest and most discreet red carpet event to hit Toronto on an annual basis, and the most coveted of events for fans to attend.

This year, like every year, promises to be a great show full of great musical performances, and recogition for the latest and greatest in the popular music industry.Selena signingSelena answering questionsPhotos by Tee Onek.
