Submitted by on May 5, 2013 – 9:17 amNo Comment

After fifteen strong years of living in the Canadian shadows of the hip-hop underground, DL Incognito has now dropped his fifth studio album Someday is Less Than a Second Away.

Subtitled “A guide to accomplishing a little and rhyming great,” the album speaks to generations of fans, old and new, across his decade and a half plethora of followers.

He graced the city of Toronto May 2, in promotion of his new album he released in mid-April.

The Rivoli is often house to big names in the surrounding scenes in Toronto, and once again was done justice as a venue for the heavyweights in Canadian talent, as a full room of fans cheered Incognito on for more as he continued to spin disc all night for an eclectic crowd. From local support to industry types, the room was filled with high-energy rhythm and dancing of all sorts and didn’t end until the night did.

For his first album release party through URBNET after four releases on Nine Planets Hip Hop, he sure made his face and name known quickly to his new found stomping ground.
