Ryder encourages people to “Stompa” they feet

Submitted by on January 14, 2013 – 1:00 pmNo Comment

Southern Ontario folk-rock darling Serena Ryder has finally pushed a single from her 2012 Harmony release. The sixth solo disc by the three-time Juno Award winner, Harmony has been on store and digital shelves for nearly three months – an inordinately long time for an album to be out without a formal single to back it. While a lyric video for “Stompa” did come to light in late October, the official visual component to the infectious song was released over the weekend. Ryder’s anthem is a fitting invitation to anyone who hasn’t heard Harmony, the singer-songwriter’s newest critically acclaimed effort.
