While best-known for a brand built of upbeat jams best played on a beach or in the woods, the latest from ska rockers Ill Scarlett “Goodbye” is a soft number with a bleak theme. A breakup of heart-wrenching proportions is evidently the inspiration for the latest from the band, which finds its origin in the humble outpost of Clarkson, along the banks of Lake Ontario. “Goodbye” marks the new single from the four-pack’s 2012 EP.
