“Bittersweet Melodies” the latest from Feist’s ‘Metals’

Submitted by on April 10, 2012 – 12:01 pmNo Comment

When it was released in October, 2011, Metals by Leslie Feist jumped to number seven on the Billboard 200 and sold 38,000 copies in its first week. The album was the first for the Canadian indie queen to hit the top-10 chart in the US. Oddly enough, the album has in some ways disproven the notion that strong singles breed successful albums. Despite moving huge numbers, Metals has up to now only produced one single, which was made available for download in September of last year. A video followed two months later. “Bittersweet Meodies” marks the long-overdue second single from Feist’s fourth studio album.
