“The View” Expressed Their Views On Nicole Arbour’s “Dear Fat People” Video
Nicole Arbour was taken to task by some of the most savvy and well spoken female comedians in the business. Nicole’s first thought after she was introduced was to try and charm the hosts and Whoopi immediately gave her a curt this is your shot, don’t waste it.
The other esteemed women of the view pulled no punches as they disseminated and dissected every thought or statement that came out of Nicole’s mouth.
Joy Behar was like if you’re gonna do a fat joke, you say you’re fat first. You’re not fat, that’s the problem.
When asked point blank by Goldberg “was your intention to offend people?” Arbour’s response, yes, because that’s my schtick.
Arbour then went on to defend her Dear Fat People video as satire. Michelle Collins dissected that defence faster then a cross-cut paper shredder. Collins says ” I’m a comedian, We’re all comedians here, Where is the satire?”
You’re a little skinny blonde girl, “Watching you say it is like borderline bullying” you should not be doing fat jokes.
Arbour’s then used her last line of defence, which seems to be her go to catch all defence, which was I wouldn’t be getting this much scrutiny, if I were a male.
“They can make fun of everything, I would rather be that guy in “Entourage” with a guy named Turtle sitting next to me rolling joints, then be topless girl number three in that” she said
Raven-Symone’s answer was brilliant “You need to get a new agent, that’ll help with that.”
So to summarize, Nicole Arbour’s viral video “Dear Fat People” may have gotten millions of views, but she has been eviscerated by fellow You-tuber’s, The Media, Doctor’s, Therapist’s, Meaghan Thor, Chrissy Teigen, Gabourey Sidibe, and then savaged by “The View”(video below)
Was this what you to set out to accomplish? If So. I sure hope it was worth it for you Nicole.
