Festival D’ete Du Quebec 2015 edition
For the uniniated Festival D’ete De Quebec is the longest running festival in Canada. And in true Canadian fashion showcases not only the best music the world has to offer, but also the best and brightest from all across la belle provence.
Festival D’ete de Quebec recently announced its line up for the 48th annual. Each and every year they work tirelessly to create the biggest and best festival Canada has. Only one problem how do you continue to deliver mind blowing, show stopping performances year after year. Bon Jovi & Aerosmith(2012), Rush, Wu-Tang Clan & Stevie Wonder(2013), Lady Gaga, Snoop Dogg, Billy Joel, &Sound garden(2014) Yet Festival D’ete de Quebec always delivers. Let’s see what this years lineup looks like.
This year will see a lot more intimate venues being accessed to compliment the usual three of Scene Hydro-Quebec, Loto-Quebec, and the expansive Plaines D’Abraham. This years theme is an eclectic mix of Blues, Rock’n’Roll, and the wildly popular Electronic Dance Music with a few pop stars and some randomness thrown in for good measure.

This is certainly one of not the most eclectic combinations of the festival. Closing out Festival D’ete is Classic-rock band Deep purple who takes to the stage to open for the world’s most hated rock band.
If that doesn’t appeal to you. The other options are Los Van Van an amazing ensemble band, German Indie pop Milky Chance, or the 20th Anniversary of Quebec punk band Map
