Lyrically, it has been said, Peter Dreimanis and Leah Fay, backbone of new outfit July Talk, “play with the juxtaposition of gender roles and perspectives, distorting social preconceptions.” The end result is a unique. As is written in the five-piece band’s bio: “It’s often a war waged between clashing personalities in a frame that shares two perspectives of the same relationship – at times conflicted, at times chaotic, most times just downright bewildering.” Directed by Josh Warburton and Adam Crosby, the video for “Let Her Know” marks the new single  from the eccentric, Toronto-based July Talk.
