OLP make move to heavyweight on first Curve single

The first single off the highly-anticipated new album from Our Lady Peace has been on heavy rotation on radio across the country for months, but “Heavyweight” now has a video to accompany the release of Curve, the band’s eighth studio album, next week. The video for “Heavyweight” is directed by Christopher Mills and parallels the artistic and, to a lesser extent, sonic aesthetic of Curve, which lead man Raine Maida has called “experimental and ambitions.” The cover art for Curve, due April 3, features a portrait of Canadian heavyweight boxer George Chuvalo.
